Even after a product is launched and released it doesn't end. The majority
of the effort spent on a project is typically spent on support. Hopefully,
with much of the good practices of design, development and testing support
issues will be reduced, but it is inevitable that issues will still
arise.

resolved. Further, using a zealous change management tool practice it
is easy to track the changes and releases of code.
